These terms form an agreement between you and Baats LLC, a limited liability company organized in Montana, United States, for the use of this website and Baats Accounting (the "Service").

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your login details secure, and for everything done under your account.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance in UAE dirhams. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Tax and compliance

Baats helps you prepare invoices, e-invoices and tax returns in the formats required by the UAE Federal Tax Authority and Ministry of Finance. E-invoices are exchanged through the accredited service provider you appoint, under your own agreement with that provider. You remain responsible for your tax filings and for the accuracy of the data you submit. Baats does not provide tax or legal advice.

Your data

You own the business data you put into the Service. You can export it at any time. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, issue false invoices, or interfere with the Service or other users.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times and will give notice of planned maintenance. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party networks, service providers or tax authority systems.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, unless the law of the United Arab Emirates requires otherwise.

Language

These terms are available in English and Arabic. If the two versions differ, the English version applies, unless the law requires otherwise.
