Is VAT added to these prices?
Prices exclude VAT. Any VAT that applies is shown on your invoice.
Does the price include my accredited service provider?
No. Your accredited service provider charges separately for carrying invoices over the Peppol network. Baats connects to your provider and does not add a fee for sending through it.
What happens if I go over my e-invoice limit?
Your invoices keep sending. We let you know when you reach 80% of your limit and suggest the plan that fits, and we never block an invoice you need to send.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades from the next billing period.
